In her coaching engagements with C-level to middle level executives,she offers holistic structured support for discovering her clients’ purpose and values, working through their natural strengths and talents, enabling higher levels of awareness, adding meaning to their precious professional and personal lives. The transformation in the thought and behavioural patterns of her client groups have been appreciated, for which she won corporate awards. Nidhi has had a successful and accomplished career, spanning 25 years, in fund management and capital markets. During the corporate stints as Head Investor Relations, she was much sought after for her communication and relational skills in the publicly listed companies including Cairn, Jubilant Bhartia, Dalmia Bharat and NIIT Technologies/ NIIT Ltd. She is a life member of All India Management Association as well as Indian Society for Training & Development. She finds her life anchor in voluntary social service having been associated with an Internationally spread Spiritual organization.
She has undergone ICF accredited ACTP Certification– Life & Leadership Coach Program 2016, by Peter J. Reding, Master Leadership & Life Coach Trainer, USA; ICF accredited ACSTH Certification – The Art & Science of Coaching 2015, Erickson Coaching International, Canada. She won gold medals in both B.Com and MBA in 1985 and 1987, respectively.
As Director Memberships on the Board of ICF Delhi NCR Chapter, she is helping to build a larger Professional Coaching network which adheres to the ICF Standards and Code of Ethics.
